How We Can Help?


How do we measure success? The strategy stage is about building a plan with milestones and metrics tied to it. It creates a north star for our marketing activities. KPIs will vary by the activities we decide to include in it.
How do we get started?

Step one is always the Foundational Audit and the New Client Onboarding Questionnaire. This helps us understand where you’re coming from, where you’d like to go, and what we’ve got to work with in your current setup.

Step two is identifying your goals and then tying them to strategies over the next 3-6 months (ex. I want to reach a bigger audience with my social media). From there we break that down into more specific tactics by date, business segment, industry, etc. 

Step three is tying collaboratively agreed upon KPIs to your goals. 


What kind of activities does strategy include?
  • Foundational Audit completed by your Account Team.
  • Client Onboarding Form completed by you. (Pro Tip: Be honest! This is where you help us get a peek under the hood.)
  • Strategy creation in the form of a PowerPoint deck you can use as reference through the year.
Is it always a 12-month strategy? Frankly it’s almost NEVER a 12-month strategy because we know priorities change. Twelve months is our minimum engagement, but we stay flexible with our tactical planning by using time frames of six months or less.
