HubSpot Service Hub Fundamentals Training

This course is for marketing and customer service professionals who are responsible for creating and using the assets to deliver a delightful cutomer service experience, but have little to no HubSpot experience.

This course is light on concepts and heavy on hands-on implementation. We’ve designed our training to help you gain experience in your Service Hub tools quickly and easily.

Course Information

Learn on a flexible schedule that works best for your entire team. Each module is 3.5 hours. Training can be conducted in four half-day sessions or two full-day sessions.

HubSpot Subscription

Service Hub Professional and Enterprise

If you have Service Hub Free or Starter, you will be able to use our Training portal for the duration of the course. However, several sections of this training include tools that are unavailable in the Free and Starter subscriptions.


Pricing is determined by the hours of training and number of attendees. Our Base package starts at $1,995, which includes 14 hours of training for one participant. Training for multiple participants is available upon request.

  • Course available online or on site at Front Burner's offices to local participants.
  • Bring your log-in for HubSpot. You will need user access to the service and CRM tools in your portal.
  • After you complete the workshop, a reference deck will be available for you to use when building your Service Hub assest and reports. 
  • You will receive 1 hour of follow-up phone consulting (offer valid for up to 3 months after the workshop is completed).

Our training sessions are highly customized, so we do not offer full refunds once preparation has initiated. You may cancel 72 hours prior to your training session for a 50% refund. We do not offer refunds for classes cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.
