Bailey Cain is a proud 2023 graduate of Ohio University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Management & Strategic Leadership. During her time at OU, she had the opportunity to work hands-on with both local and national clients, developing strategic marketing plans and offering consulting support—experiences that sparked her interest in pursuing a career at a marketing agency.
Bailey began her professional journey at Visual Marking Systems, where she spent two years as a marketing intern during college, then continued for another two years post-graduation as a full-time marketing coordinator. There, she gained valuable experience managing social media, developing website content, generating leads, creating targeted email campaigns, and coordinating tradeshows and events. Her time at VMS helped solidify her passion for the marketing industry and prepared her for the fast-paced world of agency life.
Now serving as an Account Manager at Front Burner Marketing, Bailey is excited to bring her client-focused mindset and well-rounded skill set to the team while continuing to learn and grow in the agency space.
